What You'll Do11
- 1Complete Certified Technician training and perform Manager on Duty duties
- 2Coordinate workflow and support team during peak hours
- 3Model fast friendly customer service and resolve concerns
- 4Ensure accurate service delivery while reinforcing safety protocols
- 5Train new hires and provide real-time coaching
- 6Handle inventory management and daily operational follow-up
- 7Perform opening and closing procedures
- 8Identify improvement opportunities and take on leadership tasks
- 9Maintain facility and safety compliance
- 10Support communication and reporting within the shop
- 11Assist with scheduling and shift coordination
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 6 months customer service experience in fast-paced service environments
- 2Minimum 6 months leadership or mentoring experience
- 3Commitment to facility and safety policy adherence
- 4Strong communication and coaching abilities
- 5Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
- 6Reliable transportation to work location
- 7Valid certification such as CPC Card or AWS Certified equivalent
- 8Experience with automotive tools and processes
- 9Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
