What You'll Do9
- 1Create consistent customer results while mastering all store operations
- 2Greet customers courteously and deliver exceptional service experiences
- 3Schedule appointments and answer inquiries both in person and by phone
- 4Consult customers on service needs and maintain vehicle update communication
- 5Ensure high service standards are consistently met
- 6Participate in every store operation aspect
- 7Communicate effectively with teammates and technicians to set realistic time commitments
- 8Step in to handle additional duties when needed
- 9Drive operational improvements and performance outcomes
Requirements8
- 1High motivation with hands-on management skills
- 2Top-notch customer service abilities focused on relationship building
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
- 4Automotive experience preferred but not required
- 5Physical stamina for prolonged standing, stooping, and bending
- 6Ability to perform heavy lifting with 50-100 lbs force occasionally
- 7Capacity to lift 10-25 lbs frequently and >10 lbs constantly
- 8Reliable work ethic to meet production demands
