Overview
Lead a fast oil change bays and tire services as a top level manager in training. This role offers significant management and sales experience while growing into key leadership positions within the pre-eminent automotive maintenance provider. Candidates will serve customers learn all aspects of the store and company.
What You'll Do8
- 1Create consistent results for customers teammates and the company
- 2Greet customers courteously and provide high level customer service
- 3Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and on the telephone
- 4Consult customers on service needs and keep them updated on vehicle progress
- 5Ensure positive customer experience and maintain high company expectations
- 6Involve in every aspect of store operation
- 7Communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to set time commitments
- 8Step in to handle additional duties when needed
