What You'll Do9
- 1Complete oil changes by draining old oil, replacing the drain plug, and installing a new oil filter
- 2Inspect and inflate tire pressure to ensure proper levels for safety and performance
- 3Check and top off fluid levels including coolant, brake, and windshield washer
- 4Perform full vehicle inspections, documenting all service and findings on the repair order
- 5Communicate with guests clearly about service recommendations and status updates
- 6Maintain a clean service center, from work bays to customer areas
- 7Mentor junior technicians while modeling safe and precise work habits
- 8Apply Safety protocols when lifting heavy tires and operating equipment
- 9Execute multi-point checks like oil level verification and lubrication fittings
Requirements9
- 13+ months of customer-facing experience such as retail, food service, or hospitality
- 2Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 3Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- 4Communicate effectively with teammates and guests
- 5Work independently with a positive attitude, showing reliability and attention to detail
- 6Stand on hard surfaces for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend or squat
- 7Handle varying temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
- 8Work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
- 9Follow all safety protocols and company policies
