What You'll Do9
- 1Build calendar systems and coordinate appointments to keep operations running smoothly

- 4Develop and maintain website updates and marketing collateral to support campaigns
- 5Drive community outreach and direct mail efforts to expand local presence
- 6Own data organization and file management to support real estate transactions
- 7Coordinate marketing campaigns including direct mail and property-related outreach
- 8Scale office operations by maintaining an organized, efficient work environment
- 9Perform other administrative duties as needed to support rapid growth
Requirements9
- 15+ years building administrative support roles with a focus on office management or customer service
- 2Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace plus general office technology
- 5Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- 6Basic marketing knowledge is a plus
- 7Ability to work independently and take initiative
- 8Reliable transportation and comfortable coordinating with local partners
- 9Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
