House Manager, Private Family Residences
Overview
You will oversee multiple family residences in Novi, MI, managing daily operations for a dynamic entrepreneurial family. You coordinate schedules, supervise household staff, and handle shopping, maintenance, and travel. You also prepare lunch for the CEO on weekdays. This role offers $80-90K plus benefits and requires local residency in metro Detroit.
What You'll Do6
- 1Manage the family calendar, coordinate appointments, and handle mail for multiple residences.
- 2Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, pharmacy runs, and personal shopping for gifts or household items.
- 3Oversee household staff such as housekeepers and landscapers, schedule home repairs and car maintenance, and supervise contractors.
- 4Arrange travel plans including flights, hotels, and itineraries, and plan special events.
- 5Prepare lunch for the CEO Monday through Friday.
- 6Declutter spaces, manage inventories of household supplies, restock as needed, and oversee houses when the family is away, including plant care and mail collection.

- 1Previous experience in a similar role with verifiable references.
- 2Local to metro Detroit or have strong ties to the area.
- 3Proven ability to manage multiple residences and coordinate household staff.
