What You'll Do12
- 1Clean all areas as assigned according to departmental standards and procedures
- 2Maintain clean and sanitary conditions using proper cleaning techniques
- 3Make independent decisions and follow instructions
- 4Deal tactfully with residents associates and external parties
- 5Follow written and oral instructions for cleaning compounds and disinfectants
- 6Report supply and equipment needs to supervisors
- 7Operate buffers extraction equipment vacuums and commercial laundry machinery
- 8Perform additional duties as assigned or needed by Housekeeping Lead
- 9Communicate effectively and meet communication requirements
- 10Review detailed documents and operate computer systems
- 11Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasional
- 12Travel to different locations as required
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or one to three years related experience
- 2Equivalent education and experience combination
- 3Preferred prior housekeeping experience
- 4Ability to read write and speak fluent English
- 5Physical stamina to stand long periods and perform manual tasks
- 6Experience with buffers extraction equipment vacuums and laundry machinery
- 7Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with residents staff and visitors
- 8Knowledge of chemical mixing and safety protocols
- 9Commitment to company values of accountability and teamwork
