OdM Project Coordinator, CPG & Global supply chain
Overview
Own end to end ODM project execution from intake through launch for consumer goods partners. Coordinate with overseas R&D, design, sales, and creative services to meet client goals at scale. The role combines cross functional collaboration, project management and continuous improvement in a global, hybrid environment. You will travel internationally and contribute to a team that values curiosity, flexibility and humor.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build project plans and allocate workload across ODM design resources to meet timelines
- 2Coordinate with sales account managers to confirm samples, specs and costs
- 3Launch and manage ODM projects with support from NPD product managers
- 4Ensure creative assets meet timelines and parameters with creative services
- 5Provide regular project status updates to sales and PD teams
- 6Develop and implement processes focused on continuous improvement for ODM project management
- 7Accompany sales managers to product presentations and meetings
- 8Review and approve project requests from Bestway US sales accounts
- 9Assist in end of season performance analysis
- 10Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in product commercialization
Requirements5
- 1BS degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 2Minimum of 3 years in a CPG project management position
- 3Experience working directly with manufacturing operations overseas
- 4Experience working with licensors
- 5Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Salary Insight
$60 - $70k per year
