What You'll Do5
- 1Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments per each patient's plan of care, focusing on functional independence.

- 3Communicate patient progress to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team regularly.
- 4Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all treatment sessions and outcomes.

Requirements6
- 1Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- 2Active Florida COTA license in good standing.
- 32+ years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
- 4Experience in ALF or geriatric rehab settings is a plus.
- 5Strong communication and documentation skills.
- 6Ability to work PRN, accepting assignments as needed.
