What You'll Do11
- 1Process initial interim and annual recertifications for residents
- 2Conduct recertification interviews and verify checklist completion
- 3Send notices and complete verification forms for agencies
- 4Prepare Form 50059 and Tenant Income Certification for HUD reports
- 5Assist with property reviews for owners and auditors
- 6Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with HOME and HIF regulations
- 7Handle prospect engagement and waitlist management
- 8Support marketing activities and property tours
- 9Process subsidy contract renewals and calculate utility allowances
- 10Perform special assignments related to PBA or Section 8 contracts
- 11Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory standards
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21-3 years relevant experience in affordable housing or LIHTC
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi or RealPage
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Ability to meet deadlines and manage a 4‑month work plan
- 6SHCM or COS certification preferred
- 7Valid California driver's license
- 8Experience with tenant portals and document filing systems
