What You'll Do9
- 1Represent Investment Property Group professionally during interactions
- 2Review move-in interim annual recertification termination and initial certification files
- 3Conduct on-site compliance audits across assigned properties
- 4Monitor affordable housing waiting lists for eligibility accuracy
- 5Train property staff on compliance updates and requirements
- 6Support Community Managers with compliance-related issues
- 7Interpret regulatory changes and communicate them to property staff
- 8Maintain meticulous records for tax credit programs
- 9Handle complex compliance tasks under time constraints
Requirements9
- 11-2+ years experience in affordable housing compliance management
- 2In-depth knowledge of Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC programs
- 3Certifications such as AHM HCCP CPO COS TCS preferred
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 6Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and compliance
- 7Ability to manage pressure with time sensitivity
- 8Experience with Yardi compliance tracking systems
- 9Proven audit preparation and inspection management skills
