  • 8Design evidence based curricula incorporating learning theories and technology
  • 9Evaluate staff education outcomes and facilitate teacher facilitated learning
  • 10Create partnerships for quality improvement and system excellence
  • 11Promote knowledge generation and dissemination to enhance clinical practice

Requirements11

  • 1Registered Nurse license and CNS or RN-BC certification within six months
  • 2Master's degree in nursing or education with master's in a related field
  • 3Three years clinical nursing experience with adult teaching components
  • 4Expertise in adult learning theory and program coordination
  • 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • 6Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • 7Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • 8Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • 9Functional communication abilities for effective collaboration
  • 10Travel capability and exposure to workplace hazards
