- 5Develop culturally relevant programs using diverse teaching strategies
- 6Mentor NEPD generalists and coordinate interprofessional initiatives
- 7Support nurse transitions across learning environments and career stages
- 8Design evidence based curricula incorporating learning theories and technology
- 9Evaluate staff education outcomes and facilitate teacher facilitated learning
- 10Create partnerships for quality improvement and system excellence
- 11Promote knowledge generation and dissemination to enhance clinical practice
Requirements11
- 1Registered Nurse license and CNS or RN-BC certification within six months
- 2Master's degree in nursing or education with master's in a related field
- 3Three years clinical nursing experience with adult teaching components
- 4Expertise in adult learning theory and program coordination
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 6Strong written and oral communication abilities
- 7Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- 8Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations
- 9Functional communication abilities for effective collaboration
- 10Travel capability and exposure to workplace hazards
- 11Commitment to continuous professional development
