Overview

Own clinical delivery for weight management patients in a part-time weekend role serving Wayne location. You will provide comprehensive care on Fridays and Saturdays 7am-2pm at two communities. You will collaborate with supervising physician and navigate EMR documentation. You’ll mentor staff and participate in program development.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build patient care plans and perform physicals following guidelines
  • 2Deliver Preventive Medicine Counseling and Education on products and supplements in EMR
  • 3Lead weekly clinical oversight of Weight Tracker, Slipping Report and KPIs
  • 4Maintain documentation in EMR and manage medication progress
  • 5Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed
  • 6Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns
  • 7Serve as liaison for medical and clinical affairs at locations
  • 8Train medical staff and lead in-house training for clinical team
  • 9Develop strategic recommendations to improve patient experience and clinical operations
  • 10Participate in pilot programs for new services and products

Requirements10

  • 1Bearer of DEA certification preferred
  • 2Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
  • 3At least 5+ years in weight management or clinical practice preferred
  • 4Experience with EMR documentation and patient care management
  • 5Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays 7am-2pm
  • 6Strong project management and program development skills
  • 7Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • 8Commitment to evidence-based obesity treatment approaches
  • 9Proactive in seeking opportunities to improve franchise clinical operations
  • 10Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies
