Family Nurse Practitioner will lead clinical care for GLP-1 weight management, IV hydration, peptide optimization, and aesthetic services in a 100% in-person Baltimore clinic. The clinician will own consultations, treatment planning, and administration, serving as the primary clinical presence with ongoing coverage reliability. This role emphasizes patient outcomes, concierge-style care, and community engagement to grow the practice. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and conduct initial and follow-up consultations for GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, and peptide optimization
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans after comprehensive assessments and labs
- 3Administer IV hydration therapies and aesthetic injections with precision and safety
- 4Monitor patient progress, adjust protocols for optimal outcomes, and maintain thorough documentation
- 5Own walk-in clinical questions and provide clinical leadership during office hours
- 6Lead community outreach and events to grow patient volume and brand presence
- 7Represent NPOC at chamber events, wellness activations, and corporate presentations
- 8Capture consented content for social media and marketing initiatives
- 9Drive continuous learning through certifications, protocol refinement, and staff training
- 10Collaborate with operations and growth teams to ensure exceptional patient access and experience
Requirements10
- 1Active Maryland Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing with current Maryland CDS license
- 2Active NPI number and DEA license
- 3BLS and ACLS certification
- 4Minimum 2 years of FNP clinical experience and IV administration experience
- 5Experience or strong interest in wellness services such as weight management, IV therapy, and peptide therapy
- 6Aesthetic injection experience preferred or willingness to complete training within 60 days
- 7Knowledge of GLP-1 therapies and IV hydration formulations
- 8Excellent patient communication, documentation, and professional demeanor
- 9Comfort with community outreach, networking, and public representation of the clinic
- 10Tech-savvy with CRM and intake systems (Zoho CRM, IntakeQ)
