What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver at-home treatments such as tox microneedling chemical peels and facials meeting Pinch clinical standards
- 2Build client base by treating 5+ clients monthly using personal networks
- 3Own schedule averaging 10–20 hours weekly
- 4Manage supplies and maintain accurate client records
- 5Participate in Pinch marketing initiatives for outreach retention and referrals
- 6Complete injectables certification or attend Pinch Injectables Master Training
- 7Represent Pinch locally and leverage events influencer partnerships and photoshoots
- 8Grow practice through client acquisition and referrals
- 9Collaborate with fellow providers to strengthen community presence
- 10Utilize full clinical support and legal resources provided by Pinch
- 11Scale practice gradually or transition to full-time based on personal goals
Requirements7
- 1Active APRN license in Maryland
- 2Certification in injectables or willingness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Training
- 3Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and client wellness
- 4Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to expand practice
- 5Prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network
- 6Interest in community involvement through events influencers and collaborations
- 7Availability to attend in-person training sessions on specified dates
