Own the injectable patient experience at MurgaSkin Labs, a growing Orlando aesthetics practice, starting at 2 days per week with a path to full-time. Deliver neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and chemical peels to a dedicated clientele, while building your own patient book through retention and referrals. You'll join a tight-knit team of clinical experts and support staff, collaborating on treatment plans and patient education. This role stands out for its flexibility and the chance to shape a practice's growth without the overhead of private ownership.
What You'll Do9
- 1Perform aesthetic consultations and craft customized treatment plans for new and returning patients.
- 2Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers, targeting natural, safe, and beautiful outcomes.
- 3Execute chemical peels and complementary aesthetic treatments, adapting to patient skin types and goals.
- 4Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- 5Maintain precise and timely medical documentation in accordance with Florida regulations.
- 6Build lasting patient relationships through trust, follow-up, and exceptional service, fueling a growing schedule.
- 7Drive patient retention and referrals by networking within the community and leveraging your professional connections.
- 8Produce social media content that showcases your expertise, demystifies procedures, and attracts new clients.
- 9Support the office team with administrative and clinical tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements9
- 13-5 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- 2Active Florida APRN or PA-C license in good standing, authorized to perform aesthetic injections.
- 3Proven skill in chemical peels and facial assessment for treatment planning.
- 4Excellent consultation and communication skills, with a patient-first approach.
- 5Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
- 6Established patient book is a plus, but not mandatory.
- 7Comfortable in front of the camera for social media and educational content.
- 8Current malpractice insurance, if applicable.
- 9Dependable, professional, and team-oriented, thriving in a small practice environment.
