Overview
Neko Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive care to members in Washington DC using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise. You will practice at full scope, escalate to Physicians as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an insightful, member-focused experience. This role blends clinical excellence with patient education and action-oriented care plans enabled by AI-powered decision support.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging and cardiovascular assessments to ensure consistent quality across visits
- 2Design personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data and translate into next-step actions with measurable follow-through
- 3Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies to improve satisfaction with care
- 4Escalate findings to Physicians for review to strengthen continuity of care and clinical quality
- 5Collaborate with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve end-to-end member experience and care continuity
Requirements5
- 1Active District of Columbia APRN license with Nurse Practitioner authorization
- 2Current national board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing with Family (FNP) or AGPCNP focus
- 3At least 1 year of post-graduate NP experience
- 4Recent outpatient experience within the past 5 years
- 5Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
