What You'll Do5
- 1Build comprehensive preventive screenings using high-resolution skin imaging and cardiovascular assessments to inform personalized action plans.
- 2Diagnose and translate screening data into next-step plans that drive member follow-through and measurable outcomes.
- 3Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors with a focus on how they feel about the consultation.
- 4Escalate findings to supervising Physicians when physician-level review is warranted to maintain clinical quality.
- 5Partner with cross-functional teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.
Requirements5
- 1Active District of Columbia Physician Assistant license
- 2NCCPA PA-C certification in good standing
- 3At least 1 year of post-graduate experience
- 4Recent outpatient experience within the last 5 years
- 5Comfort in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
