What You'll Do5
- 1Perform patient assessments including history-taking physical examinations and clinical documentation
- 2Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans aligned with established protocols
- 3Order interpret and manage diagnostic testing as appropriate to patient needs
- 4Provide patient education on diagnoses treatment options medications and follow-up care
- 5Coordinate care with physicians nurses and other team members to support safe efficient workflows
Requirements9
- 1Active Nurse Practitioner licensure eligible to practice in Colorado
- 2Clinical experience providing direct patient care including assessment and treatment planning
- 3Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize care based on patient acuity
- 4Ability to document accurately and maintain clear timely medical records
- 5Professional communication skills with patients families and healthcare team
- 6Experience in primary care or urgent care settings
- 7Familiarity with managing common acute and chronic conditions
- 8Experience supporting care continuity through follow-ups and coordinated referrals
- 9Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical quality
