- 23-5 seasons of clinical nursing experience
- 3AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 4ACLS certification required within 6 months
- 5MI Registered Nurse license
- 6Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- 7NCLEX licensure
- 8Concentration in critical care settings
- 9Familiarity with Epic EHR platform
- 10Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
