Overview
You will lead the evening and weekend crew at a high-volume Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Knightdale, NC, delivering fast, friendly service to every guest. You will run shifts, handle customer issues, and keep the team on pace during peak hours. What You'll Do10

- 7Enforce food safety and sanitation rules during every shift.
- 8Drive weekly sales growth by upselling combos and desserts to every guest.
- 9Complete the ZippyApp training modules during week one to pass the shift lead certification.
- 10Cover call-outs and fill gaps in the schedule on nights and weekends.
Requirements10
- 11+ year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role as a cashier, associate, or crew member.
- 26+ months experience leading a small team or training new staff.
- 3Availability for nights and weekends with a reliable commute to Knightdale.
- 4Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 20 pounds without support.
- 5Food handler certification or ability to get it within 30 days.
- 6Basic math skills to handle cash and make change accurately.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Commitment to stay at least 1 year to grow into a Shift Lead or Manager role.
- 9Willingness to work holidays and peak season rushes.
- 10Proof of right to work in the US and pass a background check.
