Overview
You will own customer service and food preparation at a fast-growing North Carolina restaurant chain with 30+ locations. You will train across all main functions, from cashier and food-runner to cook and prep. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments with POS systems.
- 2Deliver food orders to tables and bag take-out orders according to company standards.
- 3Brew iced tea, fill beverage orders, and keep the counter area clean and stocked.
- 4Refill beverages and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
- 5Clean tables, sweep and mop floors, and keep dining room and restrooms organized.
- 6Stand and stay active for long periods, reaching above head and twisting repetitively.
- 7Follow proper cash handling procedures and maintain accurate transactions.
- 8Support back-of-house by prepping food and working the cook line during rush periods.
Requirements8
- 1Ability to understand and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- 2Ability to multi-task and work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- 3Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 4Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required.
- 5Must have a good attitude, open mind, and a customer-first mentality.
- 6Must be a current NC resident or willing to relocate to Raleigh area.
- 7Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 pay may differ due to permit restrictions).
- 8Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
