What You'll Do8
- 1Take customer orders accurately on the POS system and process cash and card payments during high-volume rushes.
- 2Greet every customer with a smile and maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere at the register.
- 3Assemble drink and side orders quickly while coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure correct, timely deliveries.
- 4Keep the front counter, lobby, and drink station stocked and spotless throughout your shift.
- 5Handle customer questions and resolve minor issues instantly, escalating only when necessary.
- 6Follow food safety and sanitation protocols exactly as trained, including proper handwashing and glove changes.
- 7Support teammates during peak hours by jumping onto fries, shakes, or drive-thru when needed.
- 8Close out your register drawer with exact cash reconciliation and hand off shift notes to the next crew member.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of experience in fast-food, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- 2Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts and lift up to 25 lb boxes.
- 3Comfort with POS systems and basic math for cash handling.
- 4Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexible scheduling.
- 5Reliable transportation to the Raleigh, North Carolina location.
- 6Must pass a background check and be at least 16 years old (with work permit if under 18).
