You will own the customer experience at a busy Sheetz convenience store, managing transactions, food prep, and store upkeep. What You'll Do8
- 1Welcome each customer with a smile and a greeting that sets the tone for their visit.
- 2Prepare and serve food and beverages to exact customer specs, following safety and speed standards.
- 3Operate the checkout register and scan restricted items like alcohol and tobacco, verifying age.
- 4Clean dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen surfaces between rushes to keep the store spotless.
- 5Stock shelves, coolers, and displays during off-peak hours to keep high-demand items full.
- 6Assist the team during peak hours by jumping on register, food prep, or the sales floor as needed.
- 7Handle cash and card payments accurately, balancing your drawer at shift end.
- 8Follow all food safety protocols, including hand washing and temperature checks, to prevent contamination.
Requirements6
- 116 years or older to work in the store.
- 2Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds, or 40 pounds with assistance.
- 3Strong communication skills to engage customers and coordinate with the team.
- 4Capability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities during busy shifts.
- 5Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- 6No prior experience required, but retail or food service is a plus.
