Night Auditor role responsible for guest services, check-ins, check-outs, and financial processing at a luxury hotel on a part-time, onsite basis. You will manage end-of-day reporting, payments, and guest inquiries while upholding brand standards and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do8
- 1Process guest check-ins and room assignments following rate structures and upsell strategies
- 2Run End of Day reports, complete spreadsheets, and distribute daily reports
- 3Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- 4Assist guests with check cashing, safety boxes, keys, and transportation arrangements
- 5Block reservations, pre-register, and manage same day and future reservations
- 6Cancel reservations per policies and maintain professional communications
- 7Write shift reports and document incidents for managerial review
- 8Attend department meetings and respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
Requirements5
- 1High school education or equivalent experience
- 2One to two years of customer contact experience
- 3Guest service, basic accounting, and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
- 4Ability to process check-ins and check-outs and handle payments per policies
- 5Proficient with computers, calculators, phones and office equipment
