Overview
Own the overnight guest service experience at a premier resort property handling check-ins, CHECK-OUTS, and guest inquiries while maintaining security and accuracy at scale. You will be the first impression for guests, ensuring smooth room assignments and billing transactions. What You'll Do10
- 1Build guest relationships by welcoming guests and handling check-ins and room assignments opera system entries
- 2Design and process check-outs with accurate billing and dispute resolution within established procedures
- 3Lead phone, message, and guest request management with professional communication
- 4Ship reservations, updates, and changes while maintaining rewards club recognition for members
- 5Own safety and security procedures, reporting incidents and following health protocols
- 6Deliver service recovery using guidelines to resolve complaints and improve guest satisfaction
- 7Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent guest experience
- 8Assist with guest tours, concierge services, and special requests as needed
- 9Maintain accurate cash, credit card transactions and safe deposit handling
- 10Perform other duties as assigned during overnight shifts
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2One year front desk or guest service experience preferred
- 3Proficiency with property management systems OPERA and or Concerto preferred
- 4Basic computer skills for reservations systems and payments
- 5Ability to communicate clearly and work nights weekends holidays
