New Home Sales Specialist, Residential Real Estate & Construction

What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain a consistent Realtor outreach and networking program and execute a marketing campaign
- 2Demonstrate amenities and architectural features to potential buyers and guide options selections
- 3Monitor mortgage loan progress and coordinate timing with buyers, lenders, and Realtors
- 4Own the home definition process from pricing through site release and final selections
- 5Ship monthly competitive studies and market monitoring to inform pricing and site availability
- 6Drive timely communication with buyers, prospects, and lenders and document all notes and correspondence
- 7Assist in updating community signage and maintain accurate site status in the system
- 8Lead weekly Community Builder meetings to resolve issues and ensure a smooth homebuying experience
- 9Host grand openings and homeowner events to build community engagement
- 10Maintain current base pricing and option pricing on listing services and keep records up to date
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma
- 2Georgia Real Estate License
- 3Minimum of 3+ years in residential home sales with new home sales experience preferred
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- 5Experience with customer relationship management and lead tracking software
