Neurology Specialist - Ambulatory Neurosciences
Overview
Join Delaware's largest employed ambulatory neurology practice as a BE/BC General Neurologist or Subspecialist, based in Broomall, PA. You will build a general neurology panel or scale a subspecialty focus in Movement Disorders, Neuromuscular Medicine, or Headache Medicine. Work within a team of 17 board-certified neurologists, 10 advanced practice providers, and embedded support staff including a pharmacist and psychologist. This role offers blocked time for EMGs, no hospital or stroke call, and eligibility for PSLF. Start date is after July 1, 2027.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and manage a general neurology outpatient panel, with option to scale a subspecialty focus in Movement Disorders, Neuromuscular Medicine, or Headache Medicine.
- 2Conduct EMGs during blocked time, if desired, to support neuromuscular diagnostics.
- 3Administer Botox, nerve blocks, and other injections for movement disorders and headache management.
- 4Collaborate with subspecialists across the practice to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- 5Share ambulatory practice call with the full practice, with no hospital or stroke call duties.
- 6Participate in medical student and resident education, teaching the next generation of neurologists.
Requirements3
- 1BE/BC in Neurology from an accredited residency program.
- 2Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., Neuromuscular, Movement Disorders, Headache Medicine) desired but not required.
- 3Ability to obtain medical licensure in Pennsylvania and Delaware and meet credentialing requirements.
