Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Build and configure network switches and related hardware
- 2Support campus infrastructure projects
- 3Perform rack-and-stack activities

- 5Update monitoring systems using SolarWinds Orion and Cacti
- 6Maintain device inventory within SolarWinds Orion and Cacti
- 7Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering teams
- 8Provide operational support during low activity periods
- 9Deploy and configure network switches
- 10Support campus infrastructure projects
- 11Conduct project planning and cost analysis
Requirements11
- 1CCNA certification required minimum
- 2Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting campus network environments
- 3Strong experience configuring and deploying Cisco switches
- 4Solid understanding of Layer 2 networking concepts
- 5Experience with Cisco Catalyst switches especially the 9300 series
- 6Ability to work onsite daily in Milpitas California
- 7Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Cacti and SolarWinds Orion
- 8Higher-level Cisco certifications preferred
- 9Project implementation exposure
- 10Experience supporting operational network environments
- 11Recent hands-on Cisco switch deployment and configuration experience
