Overview
Design and implement enterprise network solutions across campus SD-WAN wireless and cloud platforms. Support Cisco Arista wireless and Aruba wireless infrastructure. Operate in a ticket-driven high-volume environment. Develop observability dashboards and lead automation initiatives. What You'll Do11
- 1Implement and maintain enterprise LAN WAN wireless SD-WAN and cloud network infrastructure
- 2Support Cisco Arista switching environments including deployment configuration optimization and vulnerability remediation
- 3Provide operational support for Prisma SD-WAN Aruba Central Aruba wireless and ClearPass including 802.1X guest access and role-based policies
- 4Configure and optimize SolarWinds monitoring platforms while developing dashboards alerting and reporting solutions
- 5Administer Aruba Central cloud managed environments and manage ClearPass policies
- 6Maintain technical documentation network diagrams and participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- 7Collaborate with vendors property management cybersecurity and architecture teams on operational projects
- 8Drive automation initiatives and contribute to network operations maturity through scripting and tooling
- 9Perform on-call rotation manage after hours maintenance windows and travel to retail and commercial locations
- 10Develop and share clear operational runbooks network diagrams and remediation documentation
- 11Apply ITIL Agile methodologies and use project management systems for task execution
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum 5 years enterprise network engineering experience including multi-vendor multi-site deployments
- 3Working knowledge of SolarWinds administration configuration and automation
- 4Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS NX-OS and SolarWinds Observability Suite
- 5Proficiency in TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs and network security principles
- 6Experience with enterprise wireless networking and NAC solutions
- 7Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science Network Engineering or related field
- 8Industry certifications such as CCNA CCNP CISSP Arista ACE
- 9Familiarity with ITIL operational practices Agile methodologies and project management systems
- 10Travel up to 5% required
