Requirements10
- 1Proven experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- 2Current experience using interview formats such as telephone Zoom Teams
- 3Technical expertise to understand job requirements
- 4Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- 5Solid knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- 65+ years of sales or recruiting experience
- 7Experience working in a high commission based compensation model
