Overview
Auto-Chlor System seeks a National Recruiter to grow and sustain a high-performing talent pipeline across the country. This role focuses on identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates for branch and leadership positions while partnering with senior leaders to forecast needs and ensure a strong bench of qualified leaders.
What You'll Do5
- 1Strategically source and engage passive talent for management and leadership positions nationwide
- 2Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates embodying the People-First culture
- 3Partner with regional and corporate leaders to anticipate workforce needs and create tailored recruiting strategies
- 4Manage talent pipelines using data market insights and relationship management to ensure a steady flow of future leaders
- 5Represent Auto-Chlor System's values and mission in every interaction promoting growth integrity and opportunity
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading recruitment initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified experience necessary
- 65+ years experience with data tools
- 7Proven success in proactive sourcing and engagement of top talent
