Recruiter, Warehouse High-Volume

Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume blue-collar roles at Arrow Workforce Solutions in Irving, TX. You will manage the talent pipeline for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics positions, filling 50+ roles per month across multiple client sites. Split your day between onsite client support and office-based sourcing, leveraging Facebook Recruiting and community networks.
