What You'll Do9

- 5Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- 6Maintain a clean and safe workcell and complete additional related tasks
- 7Review blueprints and technical drawings to understand part geometry
- 8Inspect finished components with precision measuring instruments
- 9Document notes and track production metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements8
- 15+ years building CNC programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hands‑on CNC milling experience
- 3High school diploma or GED required
- 4Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- 5Reliable attendance and ability to lift heavy loads
- 6Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- 7Familiarity with CNC setup programming or G‑code is a plus
- 8Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications
