What You'll Do11
- 1Operate and monitor CNC milling machines and related equipment
- 2Load and unload materials efficiently
- 3Perform machine setups tool changes and adjustments
- 4Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- 5Measure and inspect parts using precision tools
- 6Conduct first-piece in-process and final inspections
- 7Make minor offset and tool wear adjustments
- 8Identify and report machining equipment quality concerns
- 9Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- 10Assist with production tooling and equipment projects
- 11Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience
- 3Proficiency operating CNC milling machines
- 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- 5Experience with precision measuring instruments
- 6Knowledge of CNC machining processes
- 7Strong attention to detail
- 8Preferred Haas CNC equipment experience
- 9Basic machine setup and adjustment skills
- 10Technical training in machining or related fields
