Multi Color Press Operator, Lithographic Printing
Overview
Operate can decorators and lithographic equipment to ensure optimum print quality. Work on a stable team with no layoff history, supporting production changeovers and quality inspections. Collaborate with production personnel and management to resolve issues and improve processes. This role offers a consistent night shift schedule with overtime opportunities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
- 2Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
- 3Operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
- 4Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
- 5Document material issues and work toward resolution.
- 6Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel and management.
- 7Work with production personnel to contain suspect or rejected products.
- 8Perform random quality inspections throughout production.
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
- 3Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and alternating schedules.
- 4Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
- 5Strong attention to detail and quality.
- 6Ability to follow safety protocols and OSHA standards.
Salary Insight
$67 - $83k per year
