What You'll Do10
- 1Build and grow branch production by aligning sales and operations with company goals FHA VA FNMA FHLMC guidelines
- 2Design and execute training programs to keep the team current on loan programs and regulatory updates FNMA FHLMC FHA VA
- 3Lead weekly sales and operations meetings to track pipeline, forecast results, and adjust plans with Encompass and Leads 360 data
- 4Recruit top mortgage professionals and cultivate strategic client relationships aligned with company objectives Mutual of Omaha Mortgage
- 5Drive performance improvement through daily pipeline reviews and measurable KPI improvements commission statements
- 6Oversee marketing strategy development and execution for branch growth and brand consistency Mutual of Omaha Mortgage
- 7Coordinate with corporate and executive management to achieve company goals and sales targets team leadership
- 8Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies across branch activities guidelines

Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history production history
