Eliminate defects like short shots flash splay burns and warpage through root cause analysis and corrective action. Reduce internal/external PPM through disciplined processing and continuous improvement. Safety critical devices guards interlocks drop bars and switches checked and functional at all times.

You will own injection molding processes for a growing plastics manufacturer, developing and validating new procedures using Scientific Injection Molding and decoupled molding principles. You will work directly at the press, troubleshooting machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment to ensure stable, capable, and efficient production. You will join a cross-functional team of Production, Engineering, and Quality professionals and train mold setters and technicians on proper techniques.
