- 1Lead crew on mitigation jobs from start to finish
- 2Run jobs independently with project manager support as needed
- 3Perform and oversee all demo including controlled demolition debris removal structural drying prep
- 4Complete all job documentation required for insurance claims photos moisture logs drying records job notes
- 5Communicate job status and updates to project manager daily
- 6Ensure jobs are completed to scope on time and to drymedic standards
- 7Maintain equipment and job site safety
- 8Clean driving record required
- 9Iicrc certification a plus but not required
- 10Detail oriented documentation accuracy directly impacts claims
- 11Grow with team long term
Requirements6
- 12+ years in restoration construction or related field
- 2Experience with insurance documentation and mitigation scopes preferred
- 3Strong leadership you own the job site
- 4Clean driving record required
- 5Iicrc certification a plus but not required
