Minted Merchandising Assistant
Overview
Minted seeks a highly motivated organized and collaborative Merchandising Assistant to join our growing Wholesale team reporting directly to the Senior Merchandising Manager. This entry-level role offers a fantastic chance to explore major retail wholesale operations and product development. Based in San Francisco CA you will own the end-to-end sample lifecycle and technical product setup enabling our unique crowd-curated assortments to reach retailers such as Target Amazon Whole Foods and more.
What You'll Do6
- 1Manage the Sample Lifecycle overseeing physical and digital samples for Merchandising and Business Development needs
- 2Coordinate requesting tracking receiving setting and archiving samples for internal reviews and major retail presentations
- 3Assist with Milestone Meeting Prep organizing physical samples and helping build presentation decks for critical meetings and wholesale partner pitches
- 4Lead Item Setup and Partner Data Operations executing precise item setup and maintaining product data sheets across wholesale retail accounts
- 5Support Wholesale Channel Initiatives collaborating with Business Development and Merchandising teams to assist with seasonal project preparation across key wholesale programs
- 6Ensure Product and Data Accuracy cross-referencing product data sheets against physical samples before approval for production or shipping

- 9Strong Organizational Skills exceptional follow-up time management and natural knack for tracking physical inventory or sample pipelines
- 10Excellent Communication Skills clear verbal and written communication with merchants designers and external corporate partners
