Overview
As a Retail Account Merchandiser, you will own the in-store presentation for trading cards and collectible toys across multiple retail locations in the Berkeley, CA area. You will unpack freight, stock shelves per planograms, and ensure displays are clean and shoppable. Your work directly drives sales and strengthens retail partnerships. What You'll Do9
- 1Complete all scheduled service visits each week within your assigned territory.
- 2Unpack freight and stock merchandise according to planograms to ensure accurate placement.
- 3Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled displays to drive sales.
- 4Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to foster collaboration.
- 5Report visit outcomes and inventory issues daily via email, text, or video calls.
- 6Upload and download documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF files.
- 7Use two-factor authentication to access company apps and Wi-Fi networks.
- 8Adapt to changing store layouts and seasonal promotions to refresh displays.
- 9Document photo evidence of completed work using a smartphone.

- 1Reliable transportation to travel within a one-hour radius of your territory.
- 2Personal smartphone with an active service plan (monthly stipend provided).
- 3Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
- 4Proficiency with two-factor authentication and cloud storage.
- 5Strong communication skills for daily updates via phone, email, and text.
- 6Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs independently.
