Merchology seeks a strategic Creative Project Manager to lead graphic design initiatives and coordinate creative efforts across the organization. What You'll Do35
- 1Own the creative project intake process for Marketing and internal business partners
- 2Prioritize creative requests based on company objectives timelines and resources
- 3Develop project schedules milestones and timelines while proactively managing competing priorities
- 4Assign work across the Graphic Design team based on capacity expertise and project urgency
- 5Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure stakeholder clarity on scope deliverables and timing
- 6Monitor project progress communicate status updates and remove obstacles to maintain momentum
- 7Coordinate internal reviews revisions approvals and final project delivery
- 8Continuously improve creative workflows using project management tools to track workload deadlines and capacity
- 9Lead discovery meetings with internal teams and customers to understand objectives audiences timelines and business goals
- 10Facilitate creative strategy sessions translating business needs into actionable briefs
- 11Partner with Marketing Product Strategy Sales and Operations to align creative solutions with initiatives

- 23Maintain Merchology's visual identity across all customer-facing and internal communications

- 27Develop templates presentation materials and branded resources that improve team efficiency

- 30Utilize project management systems such as Jira for tracking workload deadlines and capacity
- 31Work with email marketing automation tools like HubSpot Marketo Pardot for analytics experience

- 33Apply photography best practices and art direction knowledge

Requirements15
- 1Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Marketing Communications Fine Arts or related field
- 23-5 years of experience in creative project management creative operations marketing or design leadership preferably in B2B or e-commerce
- 3Previous experience managing designers or leading cross-functional creative projects
- 4Strong understanding of creative workflows from concept through final delivery
- 5Proven portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and styles
- 6Proficiency in graphic design software and other creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch etc.
- 7Experience with project management software and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- 8Excellent leadership and communication skills
- 9Ability to balance creative quality with business priorities and deadlines
- 10Demonstrated leadership motivating coaching and developing creative teams
