Microsoft IAM Engineer Resource Innovations
Overview
Resource Innovations seeks a highly skilled Microsoft IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity and access management. This technical leader will manage Microsoft Entra ID Azure environments and integrate with Workday. The role drives security operational maturity and automation across cloud identity services.
What You'll Do11
- 1Administer enterprise identity and access management services across Microsoft Entra ID Azure environments and on premises Active Directory
- 2Configure authentication and access controls including SSO MFA Conditional Access passwordless authentication SSPR RBAC PIM and Managed Identities
- 3Manage enterprise applications API permissions and federated authentication using SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and SCIM
- 4Support privileged access controls and Zero Trust principles while enabling least privilege access
- 5Lead identity governance initiatives including access reviews entitlement management and administrative role governance
- 6Administer identity integrations for cloud native SaaS and Microsoft 365 platforms
- 7Govern Azure tenant resources including subscriptions management groups and security policies
- 8Monitor and optimize identity security posture across Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365
- 9Partner with Security Operations Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering teams for secure cloud adoption
- 10Develop automation solutions using PowerShell Microsoft Graph API Azure Automation and Infrastructure-as-Code
- 11Participate in incident response troubleshooting and operational escalations
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 2At least 3+ years IAM administration experience
- 3At least 5 years Microsoft Entra AD administration experience
- 4Hands-on experience integrating Workday with identity platforms
- 5Experience supporting Azure environments
- 6Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management SSO federation Conditional Access MFA RBAC and PIM
- 7Familiarity with hybrid identity Active Directory synchronization
- 8Advanced PowerShell scripting automation skills
- 9Enterprise-scale identity operations experience
- 10ServiceNow ticketing system proficiency
