Overview
Sr. IAM Engineer owns the Active Directory and hybrid identity environment, operating at enterprise scale across 100% remote infrastructure. You will secure, modernize, and maintain directory services while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams. This role stands out by driving recovery readiness and identity security in a dynamic, cloud-integrated landscape.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement Active Directory forests, domains, and trust relationships for high availability.
- 2Manage Group Policy and AD permissions to enforce least-privilege access.
- 3Automate identity lifecycle workflows using PowerShell and Azure AD.
- 4Lead Active Directory recovery planning and disaster recovery drills.
- 5Integrate hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID and SSO solutions.
- 6Monitor directory health, replication, and security events; resolve incidents.
- 7Collaborate on IAM policies and access certification processes.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in Active Directory administration and engineering.
- 2Strong expertise in Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and AD security.
- 3Experience with Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity design.
- 4PowerShell scripting and automation in AD environments.
- 5Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
- 6Familiarity with Entra ID and conditional access policies.
- 7Hands-on AD recovery and business continuity experience.
- 8Relevant certifications like Microsoft or Red Hat are a plus.
