Identity and Access Management Engineer
Overview
Lead the IAM strategy for the IAM program at Abercrombie. Design and deliver IAM solutions integrating new applications while optimizing existing identity processes and technology. Ensure performance and stability of applications supporting the IAM team including Ping SailPoint ISC Entra GCP OCI OpenText and Service Now. Provide 24x7 support for emergency situations and planned maintenance.
What You'll Do12
- 1Verify and ensure performance and stability of applications supporting the IAM team including Ping SailPoint ISC Entra GCP OCI OpenText and Service Now
- 2Administer identity and access in enterprise cloud platforms configuration maintenance coordination enhancement troubleshooting roadmap and policy
- 3Support day-to-day operations to guarantee confidentiality integrity and availability of time-critical information related to user identity machine identity and privilege access management
- 4Provide 24x7 support as needed for emergency situations and planned maintenance activities including participation in an on-call after-hours support rotation
- 5Design implement test and support enhancements to systems services and technologies used by the IAM team
- 6Mentor and guide junior team members
- 7Collaborate with IT Teams to support Dev Test and QA processes
- 8Apply in-depth knowledge of application security and risk management
- 9Build positive working relationships with team members peer technical teams application teams and customers
- 10Self-motivate to identify potential areas of improvement within Identity & Access Management
- 11Own and scale IAM solutions across enterprise cloud environments
- 12Drive digital certificate PKI and multi-factor authentication initiatives
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering MISCIS or related field required
- 24+ years of identity and access management experience
- 3Expert knowledge in Cloud-based identity platforms Authentication Authorization Access Provisioning Directory Services Single Sign-On Federation Privileged Access Management Digital Certificates PKI and Multi-factor Authentication
- 4Hands-on experience with Entra OCI GCP Ping and ServiceNow
- 5Knowledge of Windows Linux and scripting expertise in Java PowerShell Bash or Python
- 6Understanding of AuthN/AuthZ best practices OAuth 2.0 standards Web Services REST SOAP and XML technologies
- 7Experience with enterprise security tools including identity management access control security operations and management tools
- 8Strong knowledge of Cloud and IAM industry trends and competition
- 9Ability to maintain technical knowledge within areas of expertise
