Metal Fabrication Shop Helper/Polisher

Lead Stainless Steel Fabrication and Precision Welding professional seeking dynamic environment. Lead daily shop operations and manage production schedules as a skilled supervisor for a premier custom metal fabrication shop. Oversee fabricators and welders while ensuring high-quality precision craftsmanship and efficient project delivery.

You will own custom fabrication of ornamental iron and structural steel pieces in a non-union shop that ships high-end railings, gates, and stairs across residential and commercial projects. You will work alongside a small team of fabricators and welders using carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, and brass. This role stands out because you will hand forge items and operate plasma cutters and grinders daily, with no two projects alike.

You will fabricate finished metal products in a sheetmetal shop at Forecast Sales, a manufacturer and wholesaler of sandblasting equipment in Indianapolis. You will own the full fabrication process, from reading blueprints to operating Piranha and Okuma machining centers, Hyd-Mech band saws, Mazak lasers, Accupress press brakes, and Davi rolling machines. You will work with a small team and report to the Manufacturing Manager, with opportunities to apply MIG/TIG welding skills.

You will own the full weld cycle for off-road parts at Horsepower Automotive Group, building assemblies from CAD prints to finished products. In a fully air-conditioned Phoenix shop, you will produce high-volume MIG welds and handle TIG welding on select assemblies. Join a multi-brand team (Addictive Desert Designs, C4 Fabrication, Rago Fabrication) known for innovative truck parts. Your precision will directly impact the quality and durability of products that lead the aftermarket.

Fabrication oriented role operating automated band saws, press brakes, drill presses and other shop equipment at a 1st shift facility in Phoenix. On‑the‑job training is provided and no formal experience is required though metal fabrication background is preferred. You will contribute to steel fabrication, CNC machining, powder coating and assembly work in a growing, relationship‑driven team.
