Metal Fabrication Worker, CNC & Shop Equipment Operator
Overview
Fabrication oriented role operating automated band saws, press brakes, drill presses and other shop equipment at a 1st shift facility in Phoenix. On‑the‑job training is provided and no formal experience is required though metal fabrication background is preferred. You will contribute to steel fabrication, CNC machining, powder coating and assembly work in a growing, relationship‑driven team.
What You'll Do7
- 1Operate fabrication equipment including automated band saws, press brakes, drill presses
- 2Measure and prep material to specified sizes and tolerances
- 3Deburr and square parts for assembly and finishing
- 4Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality
- 5Read basic blueprints and use measuring tools to verify work
- 6Support machine setups and participate in training for specific machines
- 7Maintain safety standards and properly use PPE

- 1Must be willing to work 8.5 hour shifts with weekend availability
- 2Ability to lift 50lbs continuously
- 32 years metal fabrication experience preferred
- 4Able to commute to Phoenix AZ 85009
- 5Dependable with strong attention to detail and safe operation of equipment
