What You'll Do10
- 1Build and set up machines including press brake and stamping press to meet production requirements
- 2Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machine setup and production needs
- 3Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met and adjust as needed
- 4Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and reduce downtime
- 5Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments to maintain quality
- 6Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- 7Package finished products for shipping or distribution
- 8Operate forklifts when required and maintain certification if applicable
- 9Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting issues and potential fixes
- 10Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed
Requirements10
- 1Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment
- 2Familiarity with using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions
- 3Basic welding skills are a plus
- 4Knowledge of CAD software for reading and interpreting technical drawings
- 5Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machines
- 6Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred
- 7Forklift certification is a plus
- 8Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- 9Commitment to safety and quality standards
- 10Onsite, full-time role in Phoenix, AZ
