CNC Operator, Manufacturing & Metal Fabrication
Overview
You'll operate and set up CNC machines, including press brakes and flat table lasers, for a metal fabrication leader in door hardware. You'll join a production team of 20+ operators and report to the shift supervisor. This role offers paid training and cross-training across multiple CNC equipment, with a path to skilled trade certification.
What You'll Do6
- 1Learn and perform machine start-up, setup, and operation on press brake and flat table laser equipment.
- 2Read and interpret production drawings and written specifications, with full training provided.
- 3Load, position, and stage materials and parts for production runs.
- 4Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- 5Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of production activities.
- 6Operate hand tools and forklift safely as required.

- 1No prior CNC experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
- 2Ability to apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
