Overview
You will own the full therapy cycle from diagnosis to treatment, managing a caseload of 25 client hours per week at a multi-clinic private practice. You will receive centralized support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing, freeing you to focus on CBT, DBT, or EMDR interventions. Collaborate with a diverse team across four Kansas City locations. This role offers uncapped earning potential and a rent-free office, which is rare in mental health.
What You'll Do7
- 1Diagnose mental health conditions and create individualized treatment plans using DSM-5 criteria.
- 2Deliver CBT, DBT, or EMDR therapy to a caseload of 25 clients per week.
- 3Document each session with detailed case notes in EHR within 24 hours.
- 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and community resources.
- 5Adjust treatment plans based on client progress and outcome measures.
- 6Maintain Missouri licensure and complete continuing education credits.
- 7Provide culturally competent therapy to a diverse client base.
Requirements7
- 1Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited university.
- 2Active Missouri clinical license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- 32+ years experience with diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- 4Proficiency with EHR systems and standard office technology.
- 5Experience with CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Play Therapy preferred.
- 6Ability to complete 25 client hours per week for full-time status.
- 7Knowledge of insurance billing and community mental health resources.
